Aerobics

A pure Cardiovascular Class, using simple moves and fun Music to work up a sweat.

No Jumping or Floorwork!

Yoga

From Beginners to more Advanced Yogis, this Class is designed to increase Flexibility, Improve Mental Health, Help Fat Burn, while increasing Strength and Endurance. All Yoga Classes vary 

Modifications are always given in every class.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Legs Bums and Tums

A Cardiovascular Class which combines Aerobic style moves along with Body Weight movements to shape, strengthen and Tone those problem areas.

This Class includes standing AND Floorwork with moves including Squats and lunges.

Body Tone

A Full Body Toning Class using Dumbbells to Tone and Strengthen the Upper, Lower and Core Muscles.

Walk Fit

Walk Fit is a Unique 30 minutes Class purely focused on getting in them steps! Marching to the Music to increase Calorie Burn and Keeping the Body Active.

No Jumping, Twisting or Floorwork!

Private Session

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practice, work on the strength or stamina on a 1-on-1 basic. Whether you want to get your first headstand or train for the splits, you can book slots for just yourself or with friends or family memebers. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.
