September's Workshop

September's Workshop is Introduction to Yoga on Saturday 24th September from 3-5pm.

This workshop is for Yogis of all levels wanting to learn more about Yoga.

From Guided Meditation, Breathing Techniques, Different Yoga Styles and a basic Yoga Practice.

All fitness levels and abilities welcome.
